Information collected
The enquiry forms collect your full name, mobile number, preferred configuration, enquiry type, optional message and consent confirmation.
How information is used
Submitted information is emailed to the two configured project-assistance recipients so they can respond with requested information, arrange a call or site visit and maintain appropriate enquiry records.
Service providers
The website uses a server-side PHP endpoint, PHPMailer and Gmail SMTP to transmit enquiries. SMTP credentials are stored only in protected server configuration and are never exposed in the browser.
Retention and sharing
The site does not store enquiries in a website database. Copies may remain in the sending Gmail account and recipient mailboxes according to their retention policies. Enquiry information should not be shared beyond parties required to respond or comply with legal obligations.
Security
Reasonable validation, origin checks, spam controls and encrypted SMTP transport are used. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies
A temporary session cookie may be used for submission rate limiting. No advertising pixels or non-essential analytics are included in this delivery.
